Our annual community drives are a reflection of what can happen when people come together with a shared purpose: serving others and strengthening our community.

Throughout the year, MMY organizes impactful drives that provide meaningful support to local families, schools, shelters, and communities in need — both locally and abroad. These initiatives not only address urgent needs, but also inspire a culture of compassion, generosity, and service.

Some of our community efforts include:

• Back-to-School Drive – Providing school supplies to children and supporting schools with critical needs so students can begin the year prepared and confident.

• Shoe Drive – Collecting gently used shoes and sending them to underserved communities in South America, helping provide both dignity and opportunity.

• Coat Drive – Gathering new and gently used coats to help children and families stay warm during the winter season.

• Shelter Supplies Drive – Assisting local shelters with essential items and winter supplies for individuals and families facing hardship.

• Adopt-a-Highway – Organizing community clean-up efforts to help keep our local roads and public spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.

• Nursing Home Visits – Spending time with elderly residents through visits, conversations, gifts, and acts of kindness that help combat loneliness and build meaningful human connection.

• Homeless Care Kits – Assembling and distributing personal care kits filled with hygiene and basic necessities for those experiencing homelessness.

• And More – Responding to emerging needs through ongoing service projects and community-led initiatives throughout the year.

Every drive is powered by volunteers, donors, and community members who believe that even small acts of kindness can create lasting impact.
